FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

CONTACT US

1.            Insert Trigger Pin (1) in LH Handle (2).

2.            Place Trigger (3) over Trigger Pin (1).

3.            Place LH Handle (2) and RH Handle (4) to each side of Hook and secure with Screws (5).

4.            Remove hook’s existing trigger spring pin and insert new Bolt (6) simultaneously and tighten securely to Nut.

5.            Tighten all screws (5).  Secure with ‘Loctite’ (or similar), or tack weld end of screws to lock into position.  Welding, if used, shall be TIG-weld with 316SS wire.

6.            Tack weld end of Bolt (6) to Nut to lock into position.  Welding shall be TIG-weld with 316SS wire.

7.            Check handle on a weekly basis.  Lubricate trigger with fine oil when required.
